Here's what you need to know....

Hire period is usually considered as 48 hours, but we can arrange to extend this as necessary.

We require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure any order, which will be deducted from the final invoice. Full payment must be received at least five days before delivery date via agreed payment method. We cannot deliver until full receipt of payment.

We charge a damage deposit per hire. This deposit will be returned to you within 7 days of the items being returned in a good, undamaged condition.

We offer free delivery & collection within a 10 mile radius. Outside of this, a small fee based on mileage will be added to the order to cover transportation costs. You are very welcome to come and collect from our base in Leicester at no cost.

We will charge a replacement fee for any items lost, damaged or soiled during the hire period. We ask this to be paid within 14 days of the hire period ending.

Our bunting should not be pinned during use - please tie only.

Upon collection, all items must be in their original packaging and ready to be picked up at the agreed collection time. If packaging is not returned, a replacement cost may be charged to cover this.

The items are the responsibility of the hirer until they are returned. We accept no responsibility for any damage or injury caused to any venue or person during the hire period.
